The Consortium brings together the voices of both small and large producers of Aceto Balsamico di Modena.
Each member contributes to the Consortium’s mission of protecting and promoting the product, while gaining greater representation and regulatory safeguards in return.
Membership allows producers to display the Consortium’s mark on their products and access a range of services for businesses, including information, training, technical advice and legal support, as well as opportunities to take part in events and initiatives.
Companies already registered with the control plan managed by CSQA Certificazioni are eligible to apply for membership.
