Modena Balsamic Vinegar PGI at TuttoFood 2026 in Milan: tastings, meetings and new trends
From 11 to 14 May, the Consortium for the Protection of Modena Balsamic Vinegar PGI will take center stage at TuttoFood, one of the leading international trade fairs dedicated to the agri‑food sector, held at Fiera Milano Rho, with its own stand (Pav. 10, Stand A27). The exhibition space will be dedicated not only to tastings, but also to exploring new consumption trends, production quality and the international outlook of a sector that is increasingly strategic for Italian agri‑food.
Each day will feature a programme of meetings with Italy’s DOP and IGP excellences, in‑depth sessions on the authenticity of Modena Balsamic Vinegar PGI – including the talk “Balsamic Vinegar of Modena: how to recognise authenticity” – and themed tastings showcasing its use in pastry, gelato and mixology. The schedule alternates training, territorial storytelling and guided tastings, offering visitors a complete journey through culture, tradition, certified quality and gastronomic creativity. A continuous programme that highlights, day after day, new ways to experience and interpret Modena Balsamic Vinegar, from collaborations with the network of consortia to the most contemporary sensory experiences.
Among the highlights are the mixology sessions on 11, 12 and 13 May in collaboration with Rita Cocktail, and on 12 May a special focus on pastry with the vision of pastry chef Marco Pedron.
